First heard Danimal's music on a little game called 8BitMMO many years ago, and loved it ever since. I don't play that game anymore, but reminiscing now, I might try it again someday. In any case, Roots basically defined what chiptune was to me and I love it for that. Thank you for making such fantastic music. Flit

I'm a bit late picking up on these guys. Been discovering music retroactively on Data Garden through Spaceship Aloha. That said, I really was delighted to find this album. Instant buy. Can't pick a favorite track, but I will say Hot Plate all the way through Stomper feels like the strongest opening trio of songs that I've heard in awhile on any album. It doesn't hurt that it makes me feel like Mega Man exploring perilous worlds. Dev Bhat
